A suite of paintings that resides in the disoriented places that we wander around in. They are sited along the fence line, sprawling settlement to one side, delirious teeming exuberance on the other.
The Non-Stop Paintings are performative installations -- they address the idea of the Wild more through their process than their specific imagery. They attempt to undomesticate the practice of painting by circumventing ideas of control, resolution and finish, and they have thus become lifetime "works in progress". They may enter the public dialogue via temporary installation, eventually returning to their studio to resume their evolution.
